Socktober Letter to the Editor

Check out this letter a group of students wrote to the editor!  It will be in the Star Press Union and the Vinton papers (hopefully) next week!

Dear Editor,

It is going to be winter soon and there are homeless people that need socks to keep their feet warm.  We are collecting socks for homeless people.  We have been watching Kid President and he gave us the idea to people the homeless.  We need them quick.  Please send them to Keystone Elementary before the end of October. Send a note with your socks so we know where came from.  Our goal is to collect 1,200 pairs of socks and to get socks from each of the states in the United States.  Thank you for your donation.
