Postive Post-It Day

Last week, students and staff participated in Positive Post-It Day at VHE.  Students wrote positive notes to themselves, a peer in our classroom, a peer outside of our classroom, and a staff member.  It was so neat to see how excited they got to GIVE the kind notes.  They proudly displayed the notes they received on their lockers for days.  Many are still hanging on the lockers throughout the building.  This day served as a great reminder to all that there is an extreme amount of power in sharing kind words with another person.  It's easy.  It's free.  It's uplifting.  It's something we all need to do more often.  Here are a few pictures of students writing and hanging their notes.
